8730 Polytec DTM Eggshell
Polytec DTM Eggshell is a premium plus exterior, single component, high-performance architectural & light industrial coating, which is uniquely formulated with a combination of high-performance self-cross-linking acrylic & polyurethane polymers fused with proprietary resin technologies. This product was developed for use as a DTM over ferrous & non-ferrous metals. Additionally, this product may be used over a wide variety of surfaces including wood, concrete, masonry, aged alkyds & various plastics. Polytec DTM Eggshell can be used under extreme environmental conditions. It offers excellent flash rust, long-term corrosion & abrasion resistance. This product also provides resistance to abrasions, stains, moisture & both household & industrial chemicals. It has excellent color & gloss retention, does not yellow, is fast dry & suitable for use in USDA-inspected facilities.

Recommended Uses: Ideal for use on properly prepared & primed structural steel, equipment, metal doors, frames & wrought iron surfaces of all types. It can also be used over properly prepared concrete, masonry, wood, and many commercially available plastics & ceramic surfaces. NOT for use on surfaces exposed to hand oils, lanolin, on kitchen cabinets, or table tops. For handrails or surfaces exposed to hand oils use the Polytec 5700 series products.
