A quality vinyl acrylic flat for interior use in commercial and residential construction.  reezewall provides a washable matte flat film with good touch-up characteristics and
outstanding hide. When used on new drywall, Breezewall can be used as a self-primer.

NOTE: This product contains ingredients which resist the growth of mircrobes on the surface of the paint film

Up to 400 square feet per gallon, depending on porosity and texture of the surface.
