Sol-Tec is a premium 100% acrylic elastomeric white reflective roof coating. This product is formulated for maximum durability and protection from the elements. Sol-Tec has superior reflectivity from heat and harmful rays (which provides 88% reflectivity resulting in saving of air conditioning costs and prolonged life expectancy of the roof). This product has a 275% elongation which prevents cracking. It has excellent adhesion to polyurethane foam and other roofing material including modified bitumen, asphalt shingles and galvanized steel. This product is not for use on roof shingles. Sol-Tec is also extremely easy to apply.
